ZESCO Announces Daily Power Supply Limited to 5 Hours Starting August 17

ZESCO has announced that starting 17th August 2025, daily electricity supply will be restricted to only 5 hours as part of scheduled maintenance works.

The power utility stated that the reduction is necessary to upgrade and maintain key infrastructure, ensuring long-term reliability and efficiency of the national grid. Customers are advised to plan their electricity usage accordingly during this period.
