Sony Music Afrique has signed Zambian artist Mr Crown

Mr Crown, born Brighton Ng’andu and originally from Monze, Zambia, has gained prominence with his hit single “Don’t Go Away,” a collaboration with Yo Maps.

This song, addressing themes of love and relational challenges, has achieved widespread popularity not only in Zambia but also across East Africa, including Uganda, Kenya, and Malawi Mr Crown’s addition to Sony Music Afrique’s roster highlights the label’s dedication to promoting African talent on a global stage.
